When September hits, we all start hearing about fall festivals and The Heartland is full of them!

Brewtopia 2015, a day to celebrate the home and craft brew crowd will be held on September 12th. With over 40 home brewers and numerous local craft breweries on hand, there is bound to be a few to your liking! Live entertainment from Columbia, Missouri’s Driving Wheel and Kansas City’s own The Culprits will be playing on the main stage all day long. Food Trucks and KC’s Stan Hays, winner of Chopped Grill Masters and founder of Operation BBQ, will be on-hand serving up BBQ and other delicious foods to accompany your beer!

The Little Pigs’ Chris Marks will also be cooking up some BBQ in a live demonstration and raffle tickets will be on-sale for a great prize package for $1200 BBQ Smoker set-up with proceeds going to two local charities, The Community Services League and Capa (Child Abuse Prevention Association.)

The festival will run from 1:00-5:00 on September 12th at Apex Brew and BBQ Supplies
