Grand Opening May 1st!

Little Piggy KC is a new food truck hub that will be located at the former used-car lot at 3014 Southwest Boulevard and was founded by Michael Foust of The FarmHouse fame.

Foust bought “Ethel,” a1953 all-aluminum Spartan Aircraft Trailercoach to convert into a live food truck now named Red Wattle that will take up residence at Little Piggy KC. Other food trucks will rotate in and ideally, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. Hours will change depending on the week or weekend. The former used car office on the car lot will serve as a communal kitchen to prep food. The trucks El Tenedor (Spanish tapas), Pie Hole (Australian meat pies) and Wilma’s (locally sourced goodies with a new flair) will park at the hub, coming and going as they please.

The hub Little Piggy KC will make it’s debut this Sunday, May 1st and will feature Red Wattle, Pie Hole, El Tenedor, Wilma’s, and Fungel Fushion, cuisine utilizing mushrooms in every dish from their very own mushroom farm. Rain or shine, the fun starts at 12:00 and runs through 5:00pm. Sunday Funday at Little Piggy KC! #EatLocal
