A Pleasant Hill, MO man will get his shot on Chopped Grill Masters tonight on the Food Network and he will be giving back at the same time!

Stan Hays, of County Line Smokers Competition BBQ Team and Catering will compete in the popular show airing tonight at 9:00CT.

Meanwhile, a watch party will be held at the Operation BBQ Relief Warehouse.  Co-founded by Hays when disaster hit Joplin in 2011, Hays and the Operation BBQ Relief team and volunteers served over 120,000 barbecue meals in less than two weeks to the people of Joplin. Since then, the organization has had 135 days of deployment, served 4,265 Avg Meals per day with a total of 575,845 Meals Served. Over 1200 Volunteers have given their time to this cause.

There is no charge for the viewing party though donations will be gladly accepted on behalf of Operation BBQ Relief – cash or items needed for their disaster response are welcome. The show will be shown on the big screen and Stan will be live tweeting during the show… Follow him at www.twitter.com/CntyLineSmokers.
